What's Included

The retreat includes all of the activities above ~ breathwork, herbal workshop, forest bathing, sound healing, yoga, and ceremonies, plus:
 

- Delicious Saturday dinner, Sunday breakfast, and refreshments throughout the retreat.

- Supplies for the experiences.

Optional 1:1 body healing sessions will be offered at an additional cost.
 

You are encouraged to bring your own tent, camp chair and yoga mat. We're happy to support anyone who needs to borrow supplies to ensure the event is accessible as possible.
