Women's Wellness Retreat 2026

This Retreat offers holistic wellness experiences for women who are looking to reset and restore. Stay one day or two - the choice is yours. All activities are optional. Participants are encouraged to honor what works best for them. Day 1 - Retreat participants will be welcomed into the beautiful indoor/outdoor space to immerse in Colorado's nature. We'll be gently guided through breathwork, forest bathing, reflection and learning through a hands-on herbal workshop. Day 1 (evening) - We'll enjoy a nourishing meal & turn up the levity by having some fun around the camp fire with activities, movie in the barn and snacks. For those who wish to overnight, we'll prepare our tent campsite. Bathrooms and running water provide a glamping experience ;) Day 2 - Participants awaken feeling rested and embrace morning refreshments.
