About the event
This two-day Retreat offers holistic wellness experiences for women who are looking to reset and restore. Throughout the first day of the Retreat participants will be welcomed into the beautiful indoor/outdoor space to immerse in Colorado's nature. We'll be gently guided through breathwork, forest bathing, reflection and learning through a hands-on herbal workshop. As we move in to the evening we'll enjoy a nourishing meal & turn up the levity by preparing our community campsite and having some fun with activities and snacks. We'll be tent camping with use of bathrooms and running water, offering a bit of a glamping experience ;) Upon the second day of the Retreat we will awaken feeling rested and embrace morning refreshments. We'll move into sunrise yoga and seal our rooted sisterhood connection with a closing ceremony. Delicious breakfast and community time will be provided before closing down camp and saying goodbyes.
